suse linux 10.0: kde -> open kbear ftp -> watch in taskcontrolpanel jumps to the left and more things happens in taskcontrolpanel

I can set off in kbear: pagemanager
"Systembereichs-Symbol für den Datenbank-Dämon anzeigen"
after that, the problem disappear.

Nobody is developing kbear since years. Closing as unmantained.
