If an html email contains embedded images for eg. referred to in styles (background: property), these images are not displayed correctly.

This bug picks up where bug #6710 ended. As the author of the patch for #6710 mentons:

That's right, only <img> tags are handled for now. Handling all possible 
places where an image could appear would be quite tedious with the current 
implementation. I tried to implement another way, but did not succeed.

Since bug 6710 is marked as resolved, I created this new report to fix the code for embedded images other than in <img> tags.

It took me a while to find a mail using a background image, but it seems this works properly now. Good work !
