After updating to svn branch 3.5 last weekend suddenly my desktop files 'home' 'system' and 'trash' are displayed as text files.

I see an icon with the text from the .desktop file previewed in them.

I can remove this by configuring the desktop behavior and disabling the icon preview for 'text' files.
After doing so I indeed nicely see the icons again.

I can confirm that I've had that problem twince in the last 2 days using KDE compiled from 3.5 branch head daily

Bug closed. Kdesktop is no more mantained.
