When attempting to modify printer instance properties from KControl, or changing a printer's properties on-the-fly within an application (specifically KPDF), the application crashes. In the former cash, KControl crashes; in the latter, KPDF crashes.

(This perhaps isn't ver useful as I don't have symbols installed on this machine.)

This issue only occurs for this specific printer, which is on a remote CUPS server. The CUPS PDF virtual printer, also on the same remote CUPS server, does not cause a crash when attempting the same behaviour.

The crash occurs with the Samsung ML-1510 driver (Samsung ML-1510 Foomatic/gdi (recommended)). I can provide the PPD if it will help.

Already fixed in SVN. Fix will be available with next version of KDE. As a workaround for now, move away your ~/.lpoptions file.
