It would be useful, if one could not only choose between Saves As.., Open with <some app> and Cancel but open the d/l document with another then the first application registered for the mime-type.

One could introduce a drop-down-button as the back-button in konqueror already is. It would list all applications registered.

Moving from "kio/kfile" component to "kfile" product, helps sorting out duplicates.

Sadly Konqueror is unmaintained.
