Description Rudolf Kollien 2005-11-09 17:07:01 UTC
Version: (using KDE KDE 3.4.3)
Installed from: SuSE RPMs
OS: Linux

I'm missing a "Send with email" option for appointments and todos. I don't mean sending an appointment like an invocation as in the groupware function. Only send specific items in the calendar by email. A similar option f.e. is offered by most PDAs.

Currently i copy the appointment with Ctrl-C and paste the generated VCard into kedit, save this as file and send thisone as attachment by kmail.

A similar option for sending vcards exists in kaddressbook (since 3.5??).

Korganizer now has an "email as iCalendar..." menu item in the right-click menu of items and to-dos, and in the "Schedule" menu.
