I would like some filters that work in a time delayed manner.  ie:

1)  Create the filter, say that said filter is not to take effect for 24 hours.
2)  Item gets downloaded into the inbox unfiltered.
3)  If the filter isn't manually cancelled, filter takes effect and does the specified action on the message.

This would be useful for mailing list messages.  The message would enter the inbox, wait 24 hours, and then get autofiled.

Thank you for your feature request. Kmail1 is currently unmaintained so we are closing all wishes. Please feel free to reopen a feature request for Kmail2 if it has not already been implemented.

This request was submitted nearly seven years ago. In that time, I pretty much left the community, stopped using kmail, mostly stopped using KDE (after 4.0's disastrous rollout), and am now mostly using my Macbook Air.  I see no reason to keep this wishlist item open.  Please close.
