Installed from:    Mandriva RPMs

See example screenshot; locale is ru_RU.UTF-8. Apparently none of the station is translated; at least top-level and Russian specific are expected.

Move to kweather because this application doesn't support station localization.

kweather isn't maintained anymore. A replacement could be the weather plasmoid. 

If this bug is still valid for the weather plasmoid please open a bug against
it (Product: plasma, Component: widget-weather).
