When exporting images to Flickr, their EXIF information is lost if they are resized before uploading.

I guess this should be the problem with the resize function itself. Did
someone check resizing images with the email plugin?

Jain,

imagegallery and sendimages plugins preserve exif informations of JPEG after resizing. Please take a look in source code, it's easy to understand. You just need to use exifrestorer.cpp in your implementation.

I am using Flickr Export 0.1.2 (KDE 3.5.4) using the kubuntu updated packages.

I just exported a picture to Flickr with resizing turned on & it lost the EXIF. Has there been a regression?

with Flickr Export 0.1.4 it works for EXIF.
But IPTC is lost.
