Description Andrea Di Menna 2005-10-29 23:26:08 UTC
Version: (using KDE KDE 3.4.2)
Installed from: Mandriva RPMs

I have found some missing content in KPilot's handbook (FAQ section):

"How can I tell the daemon to perform a specific kind of HotSync®?
There are three DCOP functions that control what kind of HotSync® the daemon will do next: ^^^^^^^ "

Looking at the .pot file it shows:

"There are three &DCOP; functions that control what kind of &HotSync; the daemon
will do next: <function></function> <function></function>"

So...what are these DCOP functions?!

I will work with Adriaan on this for KDE 4 as I know he is doing a lot of work on this. I am sure this section, or this entire document will get a fairly large update.

The documentation for kpilot has been moved to a new location [1] and is being actively worked upon. So really soon you should have good documentation. Therefore marking this one resolved. Thanks.
