urls with hebrew letter like :

i know it does (on utf-8 html page) but it was called/linked from ISO-8859-8-i (hebrew) encoding page. if i change the encoding to utf-8, i get an unreadable page :-(

i wonder, if i should advise the people behind the web cms software i'm using or is it a konqueror issue ?

i also agree about being duplicate to 55177 (in some way, it was too techi for me :-)
