Description Travers Buda 2005-10-28 02:32:28 UTC
Version: 1.8.3 (using KDE KDE 3.4.3)
Installed from: Gentoo Packages
Compiler: gcc-3.4.4-r1 CFLAGS="-O2 -march=k8 -pipe -fomit-frame-pointer" CHOST="x86_64-pc-linux-gnu"
OS: Linux

In the pop server configuration, the user can specify the port of the pop server to connect to. Kmail ignores the user-specified input and defaults to 110.

Note: As per RFC 1939, port 995 should be used for TLS and 110 for cleartext.
