Now when I try to add an AIM contact, the contact is added to the list but is not added to the server list.  So the contact shows up in the contact list with no icon associating it with the service it uses (in this case AIM).  This is reproducable by adding a contact in any of the ways availabe, including through a kaddressbook entry.  I compiled the latest beta from source to be sure it wasn't a Kubuntu issue.  I ended up having to use GAIM to add contacts.

Do you have debug output that could be attached to the bug report or sent to me via email? If so, I can tell what happened to cause the error and will be better able to fix this bug. Thanks.
