Version:           0.4.3.1 (using KDE 3.4.2, Debian Package 4:3.4.2-4 (testing/unstable))
Compiler:          Target: i486-linux-gnu

When i try to read my SMS list from a nokia 6230 in KMobileTools, the list is empty..

There are more than 100 sms in my phone ..

Get contacts is OK.

Here is my config in KMobileTools > SMS :

[X] "ME" Emplacement memoire inconu (in english unknown memory place)
[X] "SM" Emplacement memoire inconu

Please retest with 0.5

I can confirm that this is still the case with 0.5.0-beta3. (This is with the official .deb binary from kmobiletools.org, using bluetooth/manual rfcomm setup).

On the console, the program emits:
**** WARNING - this phone is NOT reporting having SMS slots. Perhaps it can't provide SMS. I'm trying anyway to fetch them.

For comparison, gammu can read the sms slots (though it can't fetch the messages, due to a bug of its own).

unmaintained for many years and I will be closing this bug.
