Description Horacio Sanson 2005-10-16 09:23:05 UTC
Version: 3.4.91 (using KDE KDE 3.4.91)
Installed from: Gentoo Packages
Compiler: gcc 3.3.6
OS: Linux

After upgrade to kde-3.5_beta1 I cannot copy files (by dragging) folders from one window to another if the filename of the files (dirs or individual) have non latin chars (Japanese in my case).

I get an error dialog complaining the file is not found and I can see the filename of the file I selected to move is garbled (lot of garbage characters apperas where the japanese kanji is supposed to be).

The file names are displayed ok in konqueror, but trying to move or copy them
give this error.

No problems with non japanese folders.
