when adding a groupdav resource to kontact, entering sth. like this in the url field:
https://ogohost/zidestore/so/username
and the username and password

and after updating the folder list, there is no distinction possible for the user between public and private folders. The contacts, enterprises, calendar, ... are listed twice but it is not clear which one is the public or private one.

it shall be somehow visible for the user which ones are the private or public folders, maybe the path on the server or the filename to the resource may be added. or the private items may be marked like the tasks when adding a calendar are.

Dear reporter, the resources handling got redone for KF5 and KF6 based PIM applications.

If you still encounter the issues you had in the past, please report them to the current maintained and updated PIM applications you use
