This bug has also been submitted to Tellico authors There is a limited one-way interaction, currently. If you have Kile running, put the cursor where you want the citation, open Tellico and select the bibliographic entry to cite, then Collection->Cite Entry will insert a standard \cite{} command in the text in Kile, assuming you have a bibtex key entered for that entry.
