I suggest that the possibility of moving tasks on the taskbar should be given to the user. To make myself clearer, I give an example. Suppose that the taskbar is as follows:

Thunderbird | Firefox | Shell console;

it should be possible for the user to change the taskbar to

Firefox | Shell console | Thunderbird

without restarting the programs in the desired order.
