Similar problem to juk bug 111614 and kile bug 108054. Also probably the root of ark bug 108468. *** Bug 118045 has been marked as a duplicate of this bug. *** As also reported here: https://bugs.launchpad.net/kdeutils/+bug/42666 Right clicking on a file in a kio slave in konqueror and going to compress as > filename.tar.gz brings up a progress dialog that never ends, and the file never gets created. This works fine when not using a kio slave. If using the kio slave and the file already exists, ark crashes. Created attachment 19565 [details]
