Marcus,

I think your bug is rather a duplicate of http://bugs.kde.org/show_bug.cgi?id=101110 because you create MPEG slideshow with transition.

This bug is fixed but be carefull because there is a second bug (from mjpegtools) which prevents you from creating MPEG, see http://bugs.kde.org/show_bug.cgi?id=109739 for more informations.

digiKam has a new Video Slideshow tool based on QtAV and ffmpeg which do not
have this problem.
