Sentry Crash Report:

Description Vardhman 2005-09-13 07:38:24 UTC
Version: 0.7.3 (using KDE KDE 3.3.2)
Installed from: Fedora RPMs
Compiler: gcc 3.3
OS: Linux

The image selection dialog for kipi-plugins shows three columns, the first one is for album/folder selection, second one shows filenames in the album and the third is the preview column.

When a single filename is clicked its thubmails is shown in the third column but on multiple image selection no thumbnails are shown and the user is supposed to click(select) images by filenames without seeing thumbnails(which is not only painful but impossible if plugin window is modal, as user can't see thumnails in digikam too)

Either the third column should allow multiple images thumnails to be shown as a scroll-list or better the second column shows thumbnails for selection instead of filenames.

A workaround has been made by allowing selected image upload the flickr which was suggest in bug report for bug #123125

Until Kipi Image Selection Dialog gets a boost, this will not be fixed.
