Whenever a multi-day event is recurred monthly, the subsequent events are only one day long.  This does not seem to be the behavior of bug #89992, which leads me to suspect that this is the _fixed_ behavior.  

It's incorrect to change the duration of a recurring event - if korganizer can't recur events with the original length, it shouldn't allow them to recur at all (though I think that's a serious drawback).

The general problem is that recurring multi-day events have never been properly implemented (bug 42899), so I'm closing this report as a duplicate of the still-open report 42899.

Oops, that bug is a duplicate of bug 42899, not of 42889. Reopening and closing as a duplicate of the correct number.
