Description Anton G. Alvedro 2005-09-07 17:14:50 UTC
Version: 3.4.1 (using KDE 3.4.2, Kubuntu Package 4:3.4.2-0ubuntu0hoary2 )
Compiler: gcc version 3.3.5 (Debian 1:3.3.5-8ubuntu2)
OS: Linux (i686) release 2.6.11.12

Sometimes I need to select and copy a text portion from the diff view to paste it into an email, for example. This is not possible with Kompare.

Also, Kdiff3 has a nice feature that maybe it could be considered for Kompare as well. Kdiff3 can be opened empty (with no files to diff), and paste clipboard contents into the diff windows. This is a _really_ useful feature. For example when you need to compare two very similar functions from source code.
