I'm using Spanish (from spain) keyboard layout, but when I need to write a character with tilde ("acentuado")like รก ("&aacute;" in HTML) it's imposible to do it. It prints a tilde like ' and makes an error because it's not the same character than in the exercise.

The same problem in KDE 3.3.0 ktouch 1.3 and in KDE 3.4.2

I 've the same problem :-( I've suse 10. In FireFox and OpenOffice is possible but in any kde app i cannot.

Seems to be a problem with the QT libs, see bug #118862.
