It would be nice if there was an event for a new chat starting. i.e. the opening of a chat window, or the addition of a chat tab. In fact there would be a sound when a new bubble popup appears.

I have had a close look to the kopete 0.10.3 options this morning and found nothing that could allow doing this. Have i missed something?

The option "Enable events for incoming messages if the chat window is active" is not the same thing.
