I would like to investigate this problem. Do you know any free password protected stream for testing? Sorry, I only use di.fm which is a payed stream. However, if you really need an account but can't find a free stream for your tests I can donate an account there for a few days. Please contact me via mail for this if you're interested. Thanks, I don't think this will be necessary. There are some free streams, I'm gonna find one. *** Bug 112734 has been marked as a duplicate of this bug. *** Good news, Flameeyes from Gentoo has fixed the stream auth problem in xine-lib. Patch is already in portage, and will hopefully be in xine-lib 1.1.2. See this blog: http://planet.gentoo.org/developers/flameeyes/2006/04/20/finally_xine_lib_is_fixed |
