While in tab frame mode, it would be useful to have a context menu that appears when you right click on a tab.  This menu should have such options as rename, delete (close), and even new features like move right, left etc.  

Too many times I have right clicked on a tab thinking I can do these things, as you can in most other programs with tabs.

Grr bad day today.  I keep forgetting to close bugs with commits.  Just fixed in SVN, #460986
