I spend my entire day on konsole with 15 tabs open.

When I load pine, it says "PINE 5.01" and I would like the display of that text to trigger a change of schema ... let's say to transparent.

When I log in to our hosting server, it says, "No message today." I would like that to trigger a change to amber on a purple background, with a background image of the call centre operator. I'd also like it to set the session name to "www.lunch", and turn on idle detection.

If you implement this idea, you can replace the "Session menu" with something more generic, and have applications automatically recognised (guaranteed to irritate some people).

While you're at it, I'd like this kind of logic:
- When (input|output|screen|anything) matches (regex|fixed text) then (set schema|run command|begin logging|end logging|run command|play sound|set desktop wallpaper)

For the same price, the ability to make rules on the fly for a session would be useful - I've often wanted to trigger on "when output says 'Connected' or "Destination host unreachable'" then "play bell"

How about it? (Better than cmd.exe...:)
