Hi

there is a HTML widget for file uploads. However nobody really knows how
long a file is being uploaded and how far it has gone. There are
workarounds for e.g. PHP which show a little window with a bar that is
refreshed via meta-tags every X seconds showing the file size on the
server but this is highly suboptimal.

I don't think you would break anything compatability-wise if there was a
progress-report for file uploads as well. Perhaps in the konqueror status
bar or better even in the "network operations" window which shows all
other transfer activities as well.

Yes I need a good progress bar when I upload on webdav serveur. Resume on upload too will be good.
