No dup of 78225 imo since it's not a kde setting issue.

When I set the font size to 11 in chat window settings, the input field has 11 and the dialog has 12.
In general, the dialog has +1.

I don't regard this to be a wish but a bug anyway. It's seriously annoying.
(And it's been like this since ages btw)

It looks like the DPI problem in khtml: it forces the text to render at DPI 96 or higher. That's why the sizes are different for the same height in points.
