Description John van Spaandonk 2005-08-03 18:11:03 UTC
Version: (using KDE KDE 3.4.2)
Installed from: Debian testing/unstable Packages
OS: Linux

I use the mac style menu bar at the top of the screen.
Normally, if all applications are minimized you get
the default menu bar.
When
- using knotes
- a note is shown (I use: show note on all desktops)
- all other applications are minimized to the taskbar

the top menu bar is empty.
I think the correct behavior is either for knotes to
use the top menu bar or not prevent the default menu
bar from showing.

CONFIRMED, It is clearly because the note is a window with no menu of it's own... I will have to ask around to see how this can be worked out if at all.

This report is about a completely outdated version of knotes, please feel free to reopen the report if you can reproduce this with KDE 4.9.0 or later.
