How is KDE involved here? Acrobat Reader for Linux does not use kprinter for printing. Not even on SUSE 9.3.

I employ from now on kpdf. It is really better than acrobat. Otherwise for kde I believe that I was mistaken in sections.

I have the same problem like Philippe. The Acrobat Reader doesn't print to ld nor kprinter nor kprinter --stdin. A test with gpdf works fine, some other applications can also print (like Firefox, OOffice).
