Please add a new option in "Properties of folder ..." named as "Start sending at ..." with an input field for a time to send.

So a mail can become a start time of sending it seleced by any folder. I expect that it is okay when I pressed the "send"-Button and after that dropping it to another folder where I selected a different send time. But it is a little bit better to select different outbox folders. Maybe the "send"-Button could get a pull down menu as same as the "receive"-Button.

In a Work flow it is now possible to realize a well organized time for sendings if a provider shut down or something like that.
