I'm sorry, are you saying this is a problem with khelpcenter the program, or with the documents it shows? If it's a document, which one? With document "Tinkering Under the Hood of KDE". So how I should report bugs in documents? Sorry, I can't English well :-/ You can report them here - we just have a very large amount of documentation, so it's not always clear to us where you found the problem. If you can find the same document on docs.kde.org and post the addressL, or if you can run help:/appname/ in konqueror and give the url that shows in the location bar, it makes it easier, but even just giving the title of the page you're on (as you did) is a big help.
