Description Michał Kosmulski 2005-06-29 22:35:55 UTC
Version: (using KDE KDE 3.4.1)
Installed from: Slackware Packages
OS: Linux

I would find it very useful to be able to set the number of days which from which events and todos are displayed in "What's next". Alternatively, one could tune the maximum number of events or todos to display. The problem with current behavior is that there are weeks with lots of things going on and some where there are few events, so the "What's next" view is sometimes overcrowded and sometimes outright empty. I imagine it would be better if it displayed a "reasonable" number of upcoming events and todos (where the meaning of "reasonable" would be tunable). This way, some upcoming events would be displayed even if they were still in distant future. In my opinion, the name "What's next" suggests that the list should include "a few upcoming events (regardless of how distant in time they may be from now)" rather than "upcoming events this week".

You can select a different number of days in the mini-calendar at the left.

Does this solution suit you?
