Description Hertz 2005-06-28 07:53:44 UTC
Version: 0.6.1 (using KDE 3.3.2, (3.1))
Compiler: gcc version 3.3.6 (Debian 1:3.3.6-5)
OS: Linux (i686) release 2.6.8-2-686

1/ In most distributions with KDE 3.3.2 the kmenu just
not work. The menu can't be rebuilded at my own decision, because very often
it's just remove the menu entry from it default place, but not save it in the
new place. There is an only way to restore the default settings is to remove
the menuentry file the program created in home folder. And all this result
the menu is not customizable with Kmenu, but only by editing the system
desktop files usually placed in /usr/share/applications an similar
directories.
2/ The kidgames menu directory's has no icons (only the default folder icon) and translations, however the menudirectory desktop file says that it must have it's own icon and translations.

This was fixed for KDE 3.5.7 (it was not a kmenuedit problem).
