Nevertheless, it is a wish. I'm reassigning this to KMail. What KMail needs to do is save not only the one attached file and open that with KuickShow, but it should save all attached files in an own temporary directory. Then, KuickShow would be able to browse through them. That should be a pretty easy junior job for someone ready to get involved :-) Replace kuickshow with gwenview and this is still an issue. Suggesting saving all attachments in one folder per mail.
