I was very happy to have the possibility to install KDE 3.4.1 (after using 3.3) because I was very curious about the new features.
Some of these features were visible at once, but not the most of them.

I suggest including sections like "What's new in Konqueror 3.4" in the help pages of the KDE applications.

This is probably a good idea.  If we can manage to write it each time.  However, it's a bit of a headache for translators, and there is a pretty good feature list in the press release already, we might do better to simply point to that.

Leaving this open for now, until we decide how to deal with it.
