Trying to drag an attachment from a letter by clicking at its icon (or for that matter on its name by
the icon) does not work most of the time (no action, not even the visual clue of the icon becoming 
draggable). Occassionally it does work however. I have two mails that demonstrate dragging

both mails work with 4.3.1
