The thing I dislike the most in Amarok is the keyboard shortcut configuration.
I really would like the possibility to configure the shortcuts like XMMS. The Global shortcuts are okay (even though there could be more). But I also want to bind Play/Pause/Stop etc. to local shortcuts (eg. pressing Z for back or B for next). That way users only have to press one key when the Amarok window is active and have handy global shortcuts for global use when the Amarok window is inactive.
