Sentry Crash Report:

Description sasa 2005-06-15 02:40:17 UTC
Version: 1.1.0 (using KDE 3.3.2, Gentoo)
Compiler: gcc version 3.3.5-20050130 (Gentoo 3.3.5.20050130-r1, ssp-3.3.5.20050130-1, pie-8.7.7.1)
OS: Linux (i686) release 2.6.11-gentoo-r9

kst installed on gentoo 2.6.11 (kde 3.3.2). First run from command line ("kst"), got open project dialog and clicked on something/cancel (or whatever) just to kill the dialog. Clicked on Data -> Data Manager and kst crashed. I repeated the same procedure few times with same results (tried with Data->New Vector). Finally I started kst from command line with "kst -x 1 -y 1 datafile" and everything worked ok. Now I am not getting the starting dialog and kst hasn't crashed anymore, so I can not reproduce the bug.
It would be good to investigate further and fixed, 'cause first time users might get discouraged...

Also, I have one wish. Would be great if I can plot contours with all 3 vectors defined (x, y, z). For now only z can be controlled so I can not use my longitude/latitude data...

cheers,
sasa

Can you file that as a separate, more detailed report please?
