Sentry Crash Report:

Description Till 2005-06-13 20:23:05 UTC
Version: (using KDE KDE 3.4.1)
Installed from: Debian testing/unstable Packages

I just chose "Send File..." when I was in ~/. That's a pretty bad idea, I must say... My home directory is about 4 GB.
In that situation I would have really appreciated if Konqueror asked if I'm sure to send my whole home directory via email.
A warning like "You are trying to send xx {M|G}Bytes. Are you sure you want to continue" wouldn't be such a bad idea (IMHO).
My suggestion would be to set the level at 10MB. I am personally rarely (never?) sending Emails > 10MB and it would be faster to check for >10MB than >100MB (I guess).

All reports about file management mode reported against KDE 3 (konqueror) has been closed: konqueror in KDE 3 is no more developed and mantained. All bugs and wishes which could be interesting for Dolphin in KDE 4 (the new KDE file manager) has been collected into a specific list.

Please try the new file manager before request new features and report bugs.

Before submitting new reports check carefully the already opened KDE/Dolphin reports in order not to add duplicates.

Many thanks.
