Description Laszlo Pandy 2005-06-02 13:08:56 UTC
Version: 2.2.0 (using KDE 3.3.2%2C%2520Mandrake%2520Linux%2520Cooker%2520i586%2520-%2520Cooker)
Compiler: gcc%2520version%25203.4.3%2520%28Mandrakelinux%252010.2%25203.4.3-7mdk%29
OS: Linux%2520%28i686%29%2520release%25202.6.11-6mdk

When I use kppp, I fully understand what the "log" button does. However my sister who is much less of a linux geek, uses kppp as well. She often mistakes log for logon and does not remember what it does, so almost everytime, she clicks it. I think "log" should be changed to "details" or something along that line in order to help out new linux users and reduce confusion.

This project is unfortunately no longer maintained.

If a new maintainer wants to step up and take care, the project is archived here:

https://invent.kde.org/unmaintained/kppp

You can just clone it in your private namespace on invent.kde.org and if you have started to work on it and fixed/implemented something get it reviewed and the project unarchived.

Sorry for the inconveniences.
