Description Nick Thompson 2005-06-01 12:27:58 UTC
Version: 1.8 (using KDE KDE 3.4.0)
Installed from: Compiled From Sources
Compiler: gcc version 3.2.3 20030502 (Red Hat Linux 3.2.3-42)
OS: Linux

Certainly I don't want to load html links automatically (except maybe if they come from trusted domains/addresses) but I quickly get the point of the html link banner and don't need to see it in more or less every html message. A small button or just a menu-item and short-cut would be much less intrusive and won't require me to click in the message to get the real-estate back for mail viewing.

A "don't-show-this-message-again" dialogue box informing of the security risk when opening the e-mail would be sensible though.

(It's bad that I can't dismiss the banner without loading the links as well, but making the thing less intrusive hides that issue.)

Changed the title for a valid wish

There is not a shortcut by default but we can add a shortcut we have an action for it.
So I close it
