Version:           1.8 (using KDE 3.4.0 Level "b" , SUSE 9.3 UNSUPPORTED)
Compiler:          gcc version 3.3.5 20050117 (prerelease) (SUSE Linux)
OS:                Linux (i686) release 2.6.11.4-20a-default

Using previous kmail versions this was possible to scroll every pane (folder list, message list, message itself) when holding mouse cursor on this pane. Now in 3.4.0 I can scroll message when holding mouse cursor on this pane, but folder list and message list can be scrolled only when holding mouse cursor on according scrollbar.

This issue is fixed now. Changing this bug status.
