Description Daniel Hahler 2005-05-25 19:43:18 UTC
Version: (using KDE KDE 3.4.0)
Installed from: Unlisted Binary Package

In "Message as Plain Text", where the source of the email gets shown (shortcut "V" by default) it would be great to have email addresses and URLs recognized, so that they are underlined and clickable, with appropriate (default?) context menu actions like "Send mail", "Add to addressbook", "Open in Konqueror".

While you won't make often use of the ability to click on them, it just helps to highlight them.

They are recognised in the message display pane, after the message has been decoded.

A line like
    thiago@=
kde.org

wouldn't get highlighted in the source, but will in the display pane.

Thank you for your feature request. Kmail1 is currently unmaintained so we are closing all wishes. Please feel free to reopen a feature request for Kmail2 if it has not already been implemented.
Thank you for your understanding.

Instead of creating a new feature request, please confirm here if the wishlist is still valid for kmail2.
