Does it really make sense to clutter the folder view context menu with a global option that is not used very much? Comments? Ingo ? Till ? anyone? I don't think it should be put with every folder, but only with the account's root elements. There are just 3 entries now: "New subfolder...", "Check mail" and "Subscription".
