The documentation is terribly outdated, especially the chapter "sample-session" (Kview does not work anymore as described) and the chapter chapter "commands" (missing and wrong menu description).

I updated the existing dookbook, but is needs reviewing and converting of the
some parts to docbook, see the comments in the file

Big update and patch courtesy of Burkhard "LXXck" quickly marked up by me.
The markup is probably going to need a bit of review, and a couple of the
options are rather mysterious and need a bit more info too.

Please change "LXXck" to Lück
remove the screenshot files kdegraphics/doc/kview/snapshot[1-9].png in trunk,
they are no longer used in the new docbook
