This is very annoying.

After merely browsing the internet for a while, you eventually end up with a plethora of "Document Relations" in Settings->Toolbars.

Clicking any of them causes a segfault and Konqueror crashes. They are also removed at that point.

This problem has persisted over several KDE versions (3.3.0-3.3.2) although it has got better (there are now fewer menu entries).
