Index file got corrupted. Workaround, to recover your mails:
quit kmail
rm ~/Mail/.inbox.index*
launch kmail again
If you didn't use kmail before 1.8, the path might be
~/.kde/share/apps/kmail/Mail/.inbox.index*
Unfortunately empty mails are not recovered even after removing the Folder index files (.inbox.index* in my case). |
